需要依賴其他的東西來刺激自己。我本人最常用的方式是:
1。看我偶像的資訊
2。看YouTube健身影片
3。聽音樂
不過很想偷懶時,很大一部分我會依賴音樂。最近都在用這家 @sudio 瑞典品牌藍芽耳機。它不但是無線自由也不打結。流汗也沒問題感覺還不錯!

Getting in the right frame of mind for your workouts is KEY. Feeling motivated and driven going into your training can really help you get more out of each session. However some days it's not that easy to get your mind in gear. My go-to methods to get motivated for my workouts are :
1. Checking out my insta idol's posts
2. Motivational YouTube fitness vids
3. Music
But on my lowest days music tends to do the trick. Recently have been using @sudio Wireless Bluetooth headphones to fuel my workouts with a touch of music. These are really good for workouts as they are sweat resistant and don't get knotted. Definitely recommend.
